My name is Holly and I am an Administration Assistant.
I absolutely love sports, so love working within that area, and we are dealing with what is happening now - that's what I like most, and seeing the final product on TV and knowing you have been a part of making that.
The worst thing about my job is I go home to bed every night worrying if I have forgotten to book a camera crew or someone is going to turn up at Man United waiting for a camera to interview Wayne Rooney and there is no camera there.
In the future I would like to be a presenter on Sky Sports News. It does not matter where you start within the company, it is easy to move onto different places once you're in here. Everyone is so helpful, they are always willing to let you know how they got there, and what you can do for the best.
If you want to get a job like mine I would suggest writing off to organisations like Sky to get work experience. Come along and make sure you're keen, and be heard, because if you come along and do a week's work experience and you're quite quiet, no one will remember you. You need to come in and make an impression and really try hard while you are here. Offer your services and be willing to help out and keep knocking on doors.
It is a proud feeling to know you're working for someone who's at the forefront of their particular industry, and everyone knows and has heard about Sky. I really enjoy being around people who are at the top of their game and seeing presenters that you see everyday on TV buzzing around the place. It is a good environment to be in.
