Sky Box Office announces two channels

TV for all

BSkyB has enhanced its film offering for viewers with hearing disabilities.

It has announced that Sky Box Office channel 738 is now dedicated to signed movies and 739 is now dedicated to narrative films, as from Wednesday 2 February 2005.

Visually-impaired and hard of hearing subscribers are able to tune into a recently-released movie every week.

Kay Allen, the BSkyB Disability Affairs Manager, said: "This is the latest in a series of improvements to Sky's service, which means that visually-impaired and hard of hearing subscribers continue to be better served."
