Sustainability

A green frog with red eyes

A healthy Earth

Environmental sustainability is about keeping the Earth healthy for future generations.

Everything we do has an impact on the Earth’s resources and ecosystems. So, to keep it all healthy, we need to make sure that all areas of our lives - including eating, shopping and travelling - are environmentally sustainable.

This is the same plan of action we have for tackling climate change - that’s just one example of unsustainable change, as life on our planet depends on a delicate climatic balance. Over-consumption is another major global issue.

Living more efficiently and more sustainably will help to reduce our impact on the Earth, lower our CO2 emissions, tackle climate change and lead to more resources being available for future generations.
