Sky is celebrating World Environment Day (June 5th) with a week of special green programming. By now, we’re all getting used to headlines about the state of the planet, and rising sea levels and carbon emissions. However, it is not all doom and gloom and we want to help inspire you to take action through our special programming.

Sky Movies
On June 5th we are have a date with the planet with Yann Arthus-Bertrand’s film Home on Sky Movies 2 and Sky Movies HD at 7pm. Home is a documentary featuring Yann Arthus-Bertrand’s trademark breath-taking aerial photography, and conceived as a global call-to-arms.

Yann Arthus-Bertrand’s stunning photography is renowned the world-over, so we’re very excited to be the only place that the British public will be able to see this beautiful work in HD.

Sky Arts
